Qualified Millwright - Service Technician

Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualified MillwrightMinimum 3-5 years' experience in service/maintenance of electrical/mechanical equipment; Wind Turbine experience preferableComputer and software skills for data collection and reporting, especially within MS OfficeDaily reporting to the Lead Supervisor and Service ManagerEnsure that the company fulfills its obligations in relation to the contractual terms (OMS/WMS) with specific focus on keeping the availability and the key performance indicatorsEnsure and encourage colleagues to prevent and limit failures on the turbinesKeep expenses in daily work as low as possibleProactively report any possible improvements and innovations to the Lead Supervisor and Service ManagerOptimize availability, reliability, and sustainable performance of the facilityOptimize daily tasks to achieve the best possible efficiency of the teamManage and keep overtime costs as low as possibleMaintain a good work environment for employeesEnsure compliance with all safety instructions/descriptions related to the OMS organization and local legislation (HS&E)Ensure logistic provisions and maintain spare parts stockParticipate in any course or meeting relevant to the OMS department; travel activity may occurEnsure work coordination with contractors and customersDaily management including coordination and delegation of tasksPrepare time sheets, including reports stating consumed spare parts, errors, and consumables
