Identifying production line issues and rectify accordingly by using advanced electrical skill and mechanical skills where required.
Main ResponsibilitiesOperations and monitoring of a highly automated plantAdjust settings on the plant to achieve high quality and consistent smooth productionAnalyze and do fault finding to ensure all machinery has maximum up time and is fully optimized to achieve maximum output.Resolving of technical problems by creating alternative solutions and applying specialized techniques in order to decrease losses due to line stoppages.Ensures the production performance of the plant is in accordance with set objectivesMaintain and repair the production lines mechanically and electrically with a proper maintenance plan for continuous productionEnsure a high manufacturing standard through preventative maintenanceEnsure that quality standards are adhered to fullyEnsure adherence to Health and Safety requirements in the plantThe efficient management of shift team ( max 8 employees )Lead, motivate and develop a sustainable team for the futureMinimum Job Requirements:A relevant National N4 Diploma as Millwright Electrical and MechanicalMillwright trade test4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment8 years' experience as qualified millwrightGood People Management SkillsProblem Solving SkillsProcess control, instrumentation and automation experienceComputer literacyStrong mechanical skillsShift WorkOfferTCTC Monthly Salary R40 000.00 to R55 000.00 pending on experienceKey performance Incentive R 10 000.00 monthly
