Qualifications:Matric certificate.Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:Oversee production processes to guarantee quality and timely delivery.Implement and maintain quality control systems.Identify and address non-conformance issues.Ensure adherence to engineering, design, and manufacturing standards.Develop and implement training programs for staff.Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
