Qualification and Experience:
Education: BTech/ BEng (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Experience: 10 -15+ years of working experience in Hydraulics, Machining and quality control.
Responsibilities:

Ensure all the workshop processes are followed throughout.
Create a quality control plan for all departments and document processes.
Conduct checks on machining diagrams and transmissions.
Ensure all tests are done on completed motor vehicle gearbox before mounting to chassis.
Review built gearboxes, processes of quality checking and systems continuously.
Monitor dyno-testing.
Ensure all machines are performing according to acceptable standards.
Oversee product manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
