Qa/Qc Manager– Epc- Limpopo

Provide support to Regional EPC Managers/Project management to anticipate and adequate clientrequirements related to QA/QC in EPC PV plant project Bolobedu, including:- Elaborate on Quality Management Plan and ITP's procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure meeting client requirements- Experience in compiling full Data packs for PV Plant handover.- Coordinate a team of inspectors- Perform quality visits to ensure the good care of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc, in compliance with standards and client's requirements.- Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status up to date and planning resources needed to accomplish the milestones- Give advice on trend targets for non-conformities management.
- Monitor compliance with quality procedures- Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out the activities complying with the defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan- Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control and with the client.- Provide Training for the project team regarding quality in projects- Anticipate according to schedule the quality management plans framework and client requirement of project- Be the promoter of REX (Return on experience) methodology.Education and Technical Skills Level:- Degree in engineering.- Proved experience on other Photovoltaic plants- Proficient in MS Office including MS project- English proficiency (mandatory)- Quality in projects knowledgeRequired Soft Skills:- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills- Well-organized and reliable- Customer-oriented approach- Good time-management skills- Ability to multi-task- Critical-thinker and problem-solver- Availability to travel
