Qa Manager

A vacancy exists for a QA Manager based at Medipost Pharmacy in Gezina. Medipost Pharmacy is a national pharmacy, delivering medication to patients across South Africa. We have a specialized facility for Oncology, Renal and HIV medication management. The position will report to the Operations Manager.
Forecasting and Planning of QA teams in accordance with predicted monthly and daily output and target requirements.Ensuring compliance of QA processes with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).Review and updating of SOP's and assisting with compiling of training manualsManagement of StaffLeave processesDisciplinary actionRewards & Recognition ProgramDepartmental alignment with other management and operations to ensure outputs and targets are achieved.Development, planning and monitoring of reports to ensure daily compliance with service level agreements.Recording and analysis of departmental and individual outputs.Investigation, recording and reporting of customer complaints.Ensuring housekeeping standards are met within departments in accordance with required Pharmacy standards. GPP.Weekly and monthly reporting to Production Manager regarding performance and budget expenditure.Perform any ad-hoc projects which might be necessary for the department and group at large.Oversee Schedule 6 register compliance with GPP.B.Pharm Degree5 years Healthcare experience in QA & Production environment3-5 years managerial experience & People Management skillsGWPMS Office (Focus on Excel)Good managerial and Administrative skillsGWPInterpersonal skillsAbility to interpret large volumes of dataAnalyticalNumeracyStrong organising and prioritising skills
