Job Description
We are looking for a QA Lead with a strong background in automation testing and a proven track record of leading QA teams. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in automation testing.
Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, APIs, Rest Assured, Azure DevOps, JMeter, Appium, and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing client interactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Agile mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Self-managed and proactive in achieving objectives.
Ability to manage client interactions and expectations.
Hands-on approach, not just managerial oversight.
Preferred candidates are those with a development background who transitioned into testing.
