QA Analyst – Fully Remote Position Company Rapidly growing Fintech company that has 80% of e-commerce market shares in South Africa
Purpose The QA Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring that our fintech products are reliable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations. You will be responsible for testing financial applications, automating tests, and maintaining security across the platform.
Responsibilities Testing Financial Applications: Ensure all systems function as expected. Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). Security Testing: Perform penetration tests and ensure the system is secure from threats. Integration Testing: Test third-party systems such as fraud detection tools and banking APIs. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Work closely with product managers to ensure the product meets business needs before release. Bug Reporting and Tracking: Log and track defects, ensuring swift resolution in collaboration with the development team. Performance Testing: Conduct load testing to ensure the platform can handle high transaction volumes efficiently. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation for audit and regulatory purposes. Collaboration: Work alongside developers and product teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in fintech. Familiarity with regulatory standards like PCI-DSS and GDPR. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter. Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps. Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on security and compliance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
