This individual will be responsible for checking quality on all documents linked to patient profiles. JOB SPECIFICATIONPerform Quality Assurance checks on all documents linked to patient profilesCompletion and submission of daily statistics to supervisor on a weekly basisAttention to detail and Problem-solving skillsEnsuring that all errors are resolved and corrected within same time-frameAccuracy of Quality Assurance checking of documents linkedReporting of any deviations between the Document Workflow Administrator and QA Administrator to SupervisorCompletion of Ad hoc QA tasks for e.g Technical Rejection MailboxEnsure minimal error penalty prevention for the businessTime and attendance complianceRequirements: Grade 12 (Matric)Related Degrees/ Diploma or Certificates (e.g. Quality Assurance, Customer Service, etc)1-2 years in a Document Workflow Administrative environmentInterpersonal skillsWork independently ObjectivityProblem solvingIdentify improvements to Processes as well as Medipost App system.Accuracy Strategic thinkingAligning Training Offered: Training on all company systems (e.g. Medipost App System, MS Office/Excel/Word (Intermediate)Document Workflow SOP'sPolicies and Procedures for all the companies within the Medipost Group
