Purchasing Clerk (Junior)

Job Description · ·          Prepare, process, and track purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
·          Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and pricing.
·          Ensure timely delivery of goods by following up on purchase orders.
·          Maintain and update supplier databases.
Requirements ·         ·          Grade 12 ·          2-3 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement role ·          Proficient in MS Office, ·          SAP experience preferred, ·          Basic accounting experience, ·          Order allocation experience ·          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
