Working Hours: Ad hoc. Various sessional opportunities. Session delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 3.30pm.
Location: East London boroughs, predominately Newham and Hackney.
Contract arrangements: This is an opportunity for self-employed individuals who would like to work with us on a sessional basis.
Salary: £97.72 per full day. £48.86 half day.
Role Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for confident, enthusiastic, and great communicators with a passion for working with children and young people to support with delivering our Work Related Learning programmes in schools in East London. This is a very rewarding role working alongside our staff team and business volunteers to deliver workshops and programmes to children and young people.
Main objectives of this role include following session plans to deliver and facilitate fun, engaging, and inclusive educational sessions to a wide variety of children and young people. This role will enable you to use your creativity, communication, and organisational skills to ensure our workshops and programmes are high quality, well organised, and run without a hitch. You will gain a variety of skills and experience in working with children and young people, leading workshops, working with volunteers, and project management.
Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience delivering projects or activities to children and young people.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
