Basic Requirements:Education: Grade 12.Previous administrative experienceGood communication and organizational skills requiredNegotiating skillsTime management skillsJob Requirements:Taking charge of full scope of Project Purchasing placing and expediting of orders, daily liaison with suppliers, and regular feedback on project statusNegotiating better pricing and payment terms and credit returns with suppliersEnsuring that Project Purchasing is in line with Cash flow Forecasting set for projectsManaging supplier relationshipsAssisting with various other functions within the departmentLiaise with all relevant departments regarding timing of orders and expediting orders where neededTrack orders and ensure timely deliveriesSourcing materials, goods, products and services where neededWork in a stressful environment when project timing is tight.Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998Jendamark Automation reserves the right not to make an appointment.
