About The Role

Our Dispute Resolution team is going from strength to strength, we have a team of experienced lawyers across our 10 offices, and we are now looking for a Public Law Litigator to further bolster our Public Law Disputes sub-team.

You will work closely with our Head of Public Law Disputes, focusing on (amongst others) public procurement, judicial review and information rights disputes. A background of advising in respect of subsidy control related issues would be desirable but not essential. This is a vital role in the growth of the team, and an exciting opportunity for you to build relationships with both new and existing clients, and to grow and develop your client base. We frequently share work across offices, so you could be based in any of our 10 locations.

About You

You will need: 6 yrs+ PQE Significant experience of public law disputes A background of subsidy control is desirable Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships with colleagues and clients and driving business development initiatives Commitment to delivering exceptional client service About Us
