The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSELead Proposal Development: Spearhead the preparation and submission of proposals in response to client requests (RFPs or RFQs) and ensure that proposals are developed efficiently and effectively to meet client requirements and align with organizational goals.Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring that proposals are compliant with the requirements specified in the RFP, and are of high quality in terms of content, formatting, and presentation.Coordinate Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure all elements of the proposal are integrated seamlessly and reflect the organization's capabilities accurately.Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold professional standards in proposal development, ensuring that proposals are of a consistently high standard and reflect positively on the organization's reputation and brand.Optimize Proposal Processes: Continuously improving proposal management processes and implementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in proposal development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end proposal process from receipt of RFP (Request for Proposal) or proposal request to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate proposal efforts with stakeholders and contributors to ensure all aspects of the proposal are well-integrated and reflect SITA's capabilities and customer requirements.Conduct reviews and edits of proposal drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with formatting and submission guidelines.QualificationsEXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal management or a related role, preferably within (industry/sector).Experience with proposal management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Proposal Automation Software) is preferred.Knowledge & SkillsProven experience in managing proposals in a competitive business environment, including knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices.Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and technically accurate content under tight deadlines.Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.Ability to understand and communicate technical and complex information clearly and concisely.PROFESSION COMPETENCIESCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of proposal development and submission.Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Problem Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify potential issues in proposals and propose effective solutions.Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.CORE COMPETENCIESAdhering to Principles & ValuesCommunicationCreating & InnovatingCustomer FocusImpact & InfluenceLeading ExecutionResults OrientationTeamworkEducation & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal management or a related role, preferably within (industry/sector).Experience with proposal management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Proposal Automation Software) is preferred.What We OfferWe're all about diversity.
