Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Property Sales and Admin Coordinator to support our growing property sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property sales or real estate coordination, excellent phone and organizational skills, and a passion for helping drive property deals. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn and WhatsApp, managing diaries, and assisting with lead qualification and booking property viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the property sales team, including diary management and scheduling property viewings. Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential buyers and investors, managing responses and following up as needed. Execute WhatsApp outreach to engage with property leads and manage inquiries. Handle phone-based tasks, including booking appointments for property viewings, qualifying buyers, and liaising with clients. Maintain and organize property and client data to ensure smooth transactions and client management. Assist with compliance and risk mitigation processes in property sales. Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for property sales closings. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales, real estate coordination, or a similar sales/admin support role. Excellent phone communication and organizational skills. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and other sales strategies. Familiarity with diary management and booking appointments (property viewings is a plus). Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail, with a results-driven and proactive attitude. Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines, especially in a fast-paced property environment.
