Property Manager (Retail)

Key Responsibilities:Property Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned retail properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.Leasing and Renewals: Oversee leasing processes, including negotiating leases, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.Financial Management: Monitor and manage property budgets, including operating expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting. Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about trends and developments in the retail property sector. Provide recommendations for property improvements and strategic initiatives.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies. Handle any legal issues or disputes related to property management.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on retail properties.Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.In-depth knowledge of retail property management practices and market trends.Benefits:Competitive salary packageOpportunities for professional development and career growthDynamic and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:
