Property Manager – Loughton IG10 Our Client based in Loughton, Essex is looking for a Property Manager to join their successful Estate Agency.
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues, and prioritize jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental propertiesBe fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding property managementStriving to exceed individual targetsReferring business across departments to maximize business opportunitiesStriving to exceed customer expectationsHandling complaints and providing solutionsMaintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policiesEnsuring complianceSupporting the teamProcessing Lettings FilesDealing with maintenance issuesKeeping the property inspections up to dateCheck Outs and DepositsThe Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Previous experience is essential for this roleThere will be training and guidance initially, but we would expect you to know how to run a property management department and take ownership and responsibility for yourself.Experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for the immediate management of the residential property portfolio.It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacyExperience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.Professional qualifications would be an advantageBe able to manage their own workloadFull valid driving license is essential.Salary range will be: Between £26,000pa to £30,000pa depending on experience
Hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
