Property Manager

Job & Company Description: My client is an international property giant who specialises in commercial, industrial, or retail properties, they provide a comprehensive, end-to-end property development solutions. As a Property Manager, you be responsible for: Managing the lease process Working with the Finance team on budgeting, income, and expenses. Collaborating with finance and utility management to recover and manage utility accounts for each property. Developing and nurturing relationships with facility teams across the portfolio Marketing of vacant spaces as they become available Analysing the market for any improvements with the portfolio. Monitor the management on maintenance in terms pf company policies and procedures. Presenting reports and the preparation thereof What do you need: National Diploma in real estate or property management (would be an advantage) 8-10 years work experience in the property sector Experience in MDA Software Proficient with Microsoft Please note all successful applications will be contacted within two weeks of applying.
