Property Manager

Dove and Hawk are collaborating with a reputable and well-established independent estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager for their busy Lettings team in Walthamstow. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with a solid administrative background and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage interactions with both tenants and landlords.
Duties:

Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Conduct property viewings and tenant referencing
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
Ensure rent collection and financial records are accurate
Perform regular property inspections
Draw up tenancy agreements
*Qualifications*
Proficient in administrative tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Prior experience in a lettings or property management role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good Knowledge of the Letting process

Requirements:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
Lettings: 1 year (preferred)
Driving Licence (preferred)
Strong administrative background
Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and landlords effectively

Salary Budgets: £28,000 – £34,000per annum
Required working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm with a day off in lieu
