Property Manager - Cape Town

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and lease agreements. Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance to uphold tenant satisfaction and preserve property value. Optimize rental income by setting appropriate rental rates, conducting market research, and minimizing vacancies. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Interface with the Body Corporate and relevant stakeholders to address property-related matters. Market available properties and secure new tenants. Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to management. Supervise and support two reporters, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to financial and legal requirements. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the Cape Town region Familiarity with rental management practices and regulations Proven track record of successfully managing property portfolios and achieving growth targets Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in dealing with commercial properties is an advantage Interested?
