Responsibilities: Bring the books to trial balanceAssist with payrollInvoicingDebtors functionCreditors functionDeposit RefundsProperty Admin Responsibilities: Obtaining monthly levy and rates accounts from municipalities and property managersDrafting of lease documentationLoading of tenants, owners, propertiesLetters of demand and notices to vacateLiaising with clientsWarning lettersRequirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a similar positionExcellent communication skills and telephone etiquetteExperience with PASTELStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management softwareSectional Title experience will be an advantageSalary: R18k – R21k p/month, dependent on skills and experience
