Property Co-Ordinator – Salt River, Cape Town – R15 000 Per MonthWe are urgently looking for an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in the Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. Incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas:Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn & Out inspections of unitsChecking on cleanersInspect and check on Buildings/GeneralInspect all units once/twice a yearCheck the legitimacy of tenants once/twice a yearGeneral survey with tenants yearlyShow units to prospective tenantsComplete application forms and forward to the Head OfficeTenant meetingsProperty administrationEnforce contractual obligationsEnsure rules and regulations are followed by tenantsMRI system knowledgeCritical Performance Areas:Rent collectionsInspect buildingsCheck legitimacy of tenantsLease agreements signed and up to dateIn and out inspections
