Qualifications: Matric Diploma in Finance Skills: 2-3 years experience as a Property Administrator MRI (MDA) Excel Job description: violations offences Assist the Property Manager with admin such as: Loading of new leases Monitoring lease expiries to ensure renewals are done in time Monitor parking allocations in the buildings Responding to emails from tenants to resolve queries, arranging tenant requests etc Assist the Facilities Manager with admin such as: Loading new suppliers Monitoring the schedule of current / ongoing projects Monitoring outstanding orders Taking customer calls Attending to queries / enquiries Assist the finance team with admin such as: Putting audit files together Minutes of meetings Scheduling meetings Assisting with ad hoc functions If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
