Property Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Administrator. This role will focus on ensuring our current tenants are satisfied and engaged while also driving efforts to attract new tenants to our properties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years previous experience and knowledge of but not limited to:
Property:

Commercial Office Spaces
Leases
Property Vacancy Schedule
Property Utilities
Liaise with Tenants and maintenance staff

Admin:

Quotes
Providing assistance to CEO
Managing general correspondence and typing

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property administration or leasing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Working hours are from 8am to 5pm and suitable candidates should have their own transport.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R17000,00 per month
Experience:

Property Management: 5 years (Preferred)
