Our client is looking for an experienced attorney with a minimum of two years post articles experience in Labour Law / Human Resources.Key responsibilities:Disciplinary managementAttending to disciplinary and grievance proceduresLabour dispute resolutionWork closely with department managers to provide advice on labour, legal and disciplinary mattersFacilitate meetings, counselling session and improve workplace relationsConflict management and resolutionPolicy development and complianceSkills required:Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex situationsExceptional conflict management, negotiation and mediation skillsAbility to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organisationPrevious relevant experience
