The Promotions Supervisor is broadly responsible for achieving set sales targets applicable to an assigned area.
This includes the management and execution of the overall business development, operational, customer service and client retention strategies, supervising the routine performance of their Promoters (agents).
Travel is a requirement of the position.
Key Responsibility Areas Promotions Supervisor are responsible for their team of Promoters (Field Sales Agents): Must ensure that Promoters minimum Connection targets are reached so that targets and met.
Responsible for recruiting Promoters onto their teams.
Motivate their Promoters to sell and achieve their targets.
Track and monitor sales performance of their teams.
Report on sales numbers to the Regional Sales Manager.
Stock must be given to Promoters by Promotions Supervisor to sell.
Promotions Supervisor are responsible for Issuing Stock: Issue stock.
The Stock must be handled with care.
The Stock is the responsibility of the Promotions Supervisor.
Monthly stock takes to be done.
Promotions Supervisor is responsible for banking money from sales: Money must be collected by Promotions Supervisor for all stock sold daily with direct teams.
All the Money must be banked the same day.
The Money is the responsibility of the Promotions Supervisor.
Vehicles: Vehicle trading times is 05h30 19h00 Tuesday to Saturday.
Adhere to allocated weekly/monthly kilometres for travel.
Take care of the vehicle, maintaining it at all times in the condition as at the date of delivery thereof and in compliance with any owners or users manual.
Ensure that the vehicle is properly garaged and reasonable precautions are taken to prevent its theft or loss.
The vehicle is for work only (not personal use or for Promoters use).
The Vehicle may only be driven by the Promotions Supervisor.
The Vehicle is the responsibility of the Promotions Supervisor.
No people/passengers may be transported in the vehicle that are not authorised or employed by the company.
Vehicle accident must be reported immediately.
Send the vehicle inspection sheet with a photo of the vehicles ODO Meter reading to your line manager ever Saturday after trade.
