R16 000 – R22 000 Depending on Experience Work Hours: Mon to Thurs 7h15 to 16h30; Fri 7h15 to 14h00 DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for proper planning of projects and controlling the project with day-to-day planning. They must possess strong people skills to manage both personnel and clients effectively.ExperienceMust have Matric.Able to read and write in English and Afrikaans.Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook.Driver's licence.Age between 22 – 45.At least 3 years' experience as a supervisor; construction experience will be beneficial.Overtime might be required due to workload.ResponsibilitiesComplete safety files.Complete and send daily reports.Think outside the box.Manage crises effectively.Manage the workforce and vehicles.Ensure stock control and cost control/savings without compromising the quality of work.
