Roles and Responsibilities:
This position has a strong interface with the Finance division. A background in bookkeeping is required for efficiency in this role.
Administer and oversee the daily operational aspects of new and ongoing projects:
Maintaining and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures;
Document and monitor that decisions taken during meetings are actioned;
Facilitate project procurement management;
Ensure project deadlines are met;
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives as required;
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments;
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications related to projects and work being conducted;
Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
Create and issue purchase orders;
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports;
Prepares progress presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials;
Reporting and finance responsibilities:
Invoicing of cash deals (Pastel);
QC invoicing and related reports (Pastel);
Intercompany recharges;
Commission reports;
Stock reports;
Project reports;

Education
Grade 12.
Diploma in project management would be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years working within a projects' administration environment.
Experience with basic bookkeeping specifically using Pastel Accounting.
Civil works or solar background would be a definite advantage
