We are looking for a motivated Junior Agile Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects!
As a Junior Agile Project Manager , you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of Agile projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of agile projects.
Support the facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with the Product Team, CTO, Business and development team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in the identification and resolution of project risks and issues.
Maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, release plans, and project status reports.
Communicate project status, progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management processes.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Manage daily priorities of the development team to ensure they align with the business focus Creation of technical user stories tickets for the development team and manage the progress of technical tickets using Clickup task management.
Responsible for planning for and driving a high sprint completion rate Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Clickup) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in agile project management.
Basic technical knowledge of frontend, backend and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
Experience working in an agile environment.
