Apply best engineering practices with the aid of established Project Management tools and techniques, ensuring the well-being of staff within the organogram structure. Visit consultants and end users to promote BWP offerings and build long-term partnerships. Conduct cost, quality, and time analysis and monitoring; perform risk reviews and update the quality management plan while enforcing HSE standards and regulations. Gather market and competitive intelligence and participate in creating a sustainable business. Conduct commercial and contractual reviews to ensure project deliverables are maintained and management reporting is completed. Prepare technical and commercial offers to grow the order book. Qualification, Experience and Competencies Matric/Grade 12. B. Eng/BSc (Electrical/Mechanical) Degree. Advanced Diploma & Gas Industry experience will be considered. Technical Sales experience. Mechanical, Electrical & Gas product Equipment Sales experience. Project Management & BOQ development experience. FIDIC and NEC type contract experience. Gas & Electrical site installation experience. Commercial & contractual understanding. Technical understanding. Experience in low voltage and medium voltage installations. Analytical ability. Building relationships. Business insight. Attention to detail. Influencing and negotiation skills. Financial acumen. Data management skills. Planning, organizing, and controlling abilities.
