A related Tertiary Qualification and completed courses in Planning or a related field are required.Experience and Skills Required:6 years of proven manufacturing experience in a similar position.Experience in a multi-project planning environment.Advanced knowledge of MS Project Software; exposure to Primavera or similar is advantageous.Above average command of the full MS Office package.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and maintain a Master project Schedule of 8-16 projects of diverse sizes for planning reviews, impact reviews, and resource smoothing.Monitor and audit project schedules created and maintained by 5-8 Project Managers.Ensure clear links between project schedules, design schedules, and production schedules.Maintain clarity on the critical path for all projects.Work with Project Managers to ensure correct production resource requirements on Project Schedules for long-range loading views.Define portfolio-wide project critical path activities and ensure effective allocation of resources according to priority.Facilitate Project Priority Hierarchy List definition and rollout through design and production planning teams.Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.Work with design and production planners to define and present loading forecast views for reporting and scenario planning.Identify and highlight global planning issues and risks.Support the project team with the development of project progress metrics and control techniques.Host two weekly master planning meetings.Produce a monthly high-level master schedule view report for the executive report.Procure On-Time Delivery data for KPIs.Additional Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to work overtime when required.Unendorsed Code 08 driver's license.Experience in waterfall and agile planning environments.Ability to work in a dynamic team environment under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and being goal-oriented.Strong leadership and communication skills to maintain relationships with junior staff through to senior management and clients.Proven experience in contributing to and leading team meetings.Critical and analytical thinking with effective decision-making skills.Initiative-taker with the ability to maintain and improve processes.Ability to perform in a constantly changing environment.
