Key responsibilitiesPlan and develop the project from inception to completionInitiate project once Sales rep concludes saleEnsuring project necessary information goes to the teams to implement/procureMonitor and manage project progressGuide the project processSet deadlinesMake sure that projects are completed within stipulated time framesSolve issues that arise before, during, and after project implementationManage project budgetEvaluate project performanceReport project progress to Senior ManagementCompleting project close outLead the Project Implementation TeamAssess and manage the performance of team membersEnsure that internal and subcontracted teams are properly briefedEnsure site management is doneEnsure installation is completed within quoted time framesOpen and close project sitesDirect teams to fulfill new project installations and after sales maintenance/call outsCheck commissioning settings are correct on close out according to any site-specific settingEvaluate neatness of site electrical installation and cleanliness of siteEnsure all installation guidelines are followed in terms of air gapsEnsure all main components, trunking, and conduits are mounted straight and in position as client briefedCreate snags list and manage that all snags are attended to within reasonable time framesManage the process for any accidents/damages which may arise onsiteManage interlinked workflows of team members for optimal project deliveryManage installation resources to best fulfill client satisfaction and operational efficiency through resource planningMonitor and Track ProjectsMonitor and track the projects through project management softwareImprove project workflows on an ongoing basisManage Project SitesManage client relationships and expectations during and after project completionEnsure that deliverables are metEnsure regulations/site-specific tasks are actioned/abided byReporting to Senior ManagementPrepare monthly report on projects completedManage monthly feedback meetings with Senior ManagementAfter Sales Servicing and Maintaining Client RelationshipsManage client callouts/maintenance issuesComplete project walkthroughs with clients to ensure proper close outEnsure aftersales client satisfactionKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving skillsCritical thinkingA self-starter with a can-do attitudeComfortable with numbersHigh level of accuracyVery strong communication skillsProject management experienceEnglish language skills
