Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Botswana, Jwaneng Job Type: 36 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Mining Job Description Job Duties: Assist in the coordination and administration of project activities Organise project documentation and maintain accurate records Communicate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents Support project managers in scheduling meetings and managing project timelines Required Qualifications: Proven experience in project administration or related field Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Additional certification in project management is a plus Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project administration in the mining industry Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Formal training or certification in project management Experience with project management software Working Conditions: Work in an office environment May require occasional travel to project sites Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
