Main job function Manage renewable projects from the initial business development phase through commercial operation by leading and executing the following activities from conceptual and preliminary design, all the way to project completion and handover to operations. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringPMI Certification essential.Minimum of 3 to 5 years Engineering and Construction experience in Power Generation(Large Scale), Renewable Energy, or Large Industrial Engineering and Construction facilities.Ability to accept temporary construction management assignments,Regular drivers license requiredAbility/flexibility to travel for short-term and long-term periods both domestically and internationally SCriteriaStrong Knowledge of Construction & Supply Agreements (e.g. FIDIC)Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to mentor, direct and delegate to project team,Excellent organizational skills with ability manage and implement procedural changes,Project management practices and problem solving,Skilled in cash flow, financial modeling, taxes, and managing budgets,Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and cooperate effectively with multidisciplinary and multinational teamsStrong capability in conflict resolution,Advanced Knowledge MS Office, Outlook, Excel, MS Project and SAPAptitude to switch to different technologies (wind, solar, geo, hydro and biomass)Excellent stress management and multicultural work environment managementAbility to adjust the working hour in case of peak periods, A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
