Project Manager

Remarkable People are looking for an experienced residential or Commercial Site Manager and Project Manager to join an established team in Queenstown.The role will include leading a team of Carpenters, labourers and trade partners on site, whilst working with Quantity Surveyors on Residential and Commercial projects.Role Description:Planning and managing all areas of the construction projectLeading and managing Health & Safety in all aspectsLeading cost control and budget reportingMeeting Key Performance Objectives of the projectFocus on quality and sustainabilityConstruction duties if and when required, and compliance to policies, procedures, relevant building codesLiaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain a high service qualityRole Requirements:Familiarity with using project management softwareMust have relevant NZ or AUS project management experienceHigh-end Residential & commercial experienceExperience in leading and managing crew of construction and trade teamsFinance and budgeting skillsAbout the Business:Our vision is to make Remarkable People New Zealand's preferred recruitment agency through great service, quality candidate care and delivering the right people at the right time.As a member of our team, we will support and maintain regular contact with you throughout your placement.
