Advanced computer skills.Sound understanding and knowledge of BIM processes will be an advantage.Responsible to assist Project Executives with internal project management which consists of but not limited to;planning and scheduling projects, updating schedules, drafting project execution plans and other related project control documents, review and update monthly project control documents, follow up debtors and other contractual documentation, assist PE with project invoicing and monthly project financials, manage and load variation orders.Whilst the assistance to Project Executives noted above will be the primary focus, the role may also require project management delivery to external clients from time to time which may include but not limited to;project scheduling, management of a multi-disciplinary teams, attending or leading project meetings, contract and construction project management.Prepare reports required by the project, ensuring that all work complies with Zutari 's quality control procedures and is implemented to SANS or relevant requirements.Ensure that required standards are maintained and deliver excellent client service while being client facing.Knowledge and experience of relevant contracts, standards, and practices.Confident, well-spoken, self-starter, disciplined, detail and deadline / delivery orientated.Excellent communication skills (proven ability to interact well with personnel at all organizational levels).Excellent organizational skills (ability to plan and implement) and Time Management skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight, willing to collaborate across multiple disciplines and international geographies.Able to learn and to develop new skills and workflows for new digital tools.BSc, B. Tech degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management.Project Manager registered with SACPCMP as a Candidate (advantageous).Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience as a project manager in the built environmentProficiency in MS Project and/or equivalent softwareSound project management and deliverable management experience.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
