Brand Engineering SA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a wind farm project and manage a diverse team on site. The successful candidate will be based on-site and required to live in accommodation provided by the company, with the option to travel home for 5 days once a month.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the wind farm project from inception to completion.
Manage a team of project and construction managers working on the project.
Ensure successful project execution, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with the client and stakeholders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Oversee HSEQ compliance and ensure all regulations are followed.
Report to Senior Project Manager/Project Director and liaise with the main contractor and client.
Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to the management team.
Position Details
Site-Based - Must live on company-provided accommodation close to the site.
Travel - Allowed to travel home once a month for 5 days.
Work Hours - Monday - Saturday (Extended hours may be required due to project demands.)

Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management.
Previous experience in renewable energy and wind farm project installation is essential.

Relevant degree in construction/project management.
Registered with SACPCMP.
