When assigned to Stormwater Division: including at least two (2) years of specific experience with stormwater systems, stormwater regulations, and NPDES permits.Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesOversees the management of stormwater infrastructure projects, focusing on coordinating design and implementation efforts led by engineering teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborates with engineering teams and Stormwater Division staff to ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal stormwater regulations, including the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits.Conducts field inspections to monitor the progress of stormwater infrastructure projects, coordinating with engineers to assess and recommend necessary improvements.Supports the review and evaluation of stormwater permit applications, ensuring alignment with the City's Stormwater Management Plan in coordination with engineering teams.Prepares and submits reports on the performance and compliance of stormwater systems.Conducts field inspections to assess and monitor stormwater infrastructure, recommending improvements as necessary.Other related duties.Please review the full job description by clicking on the link below.
