They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to their success and grow with them. The project manager will form part of the Electrical and Instrumentation department
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Recognized university Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management.

Proven experience in managing electrical and instrumentation projects within the construction industry.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team including Site Managers, Coordinators, Planners, Technicians, and Safety Coordinators.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and all levels of staff.

Proficient in project management methodologies, budgeting, and cost control.

Knowledge of international and national standards, codes of practice, and requirements.

Ability to develop business development information, assist in estimation works, and participate in contractual negotiations.

Experience in design review, procurement, and construction management, including pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996, ISO 18001) and their implementation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

Responsibilities:
Develop business development information with the client and attend meetings.

Assist in estimation works for E & I projects and attend job explanation meetings.

Participate in contractual negotiations and oversee preparation of technical department budgets.

Review design criteria reports, drawings, and compliance with standards and specifications.

Oversee procurement and review proposals for materials.

Manage critical equipment installation and ensure proper documentation.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Implement and maintain a coordinated and consistent E & I filing system.

Monitor productivity and efficiency of the E & I installation contract.

Provide E & I system training to all personnel.

Coordinate with management and staff to resolve problems.

Implement E & I site reporting procedures and conduct routine meetings.

Review and concur with E & I system petty cash expense claims, service requisitions, and business travel requests.

Coordinate between the Site Manager and all supervised staff.

Implement staffing development plans and assign staff to E & I activities.

Maintain job descriptions for all E & I site staff.

Participate in performance assessments of supervised staff.

Review and concur with all supervised staff vacation requests.

Identify additional E & I site staffing requirements.

Assess prospective E & I site staff and prepare requisition forms.

Advise on work outside of site capability or ability to perform within the project schedule.

Review and concur with E & I content and estimated man-hours for proposals and change orders.

Adhere to company E & I system, policies, and procedures.

Maintain an orderly E & I department office layout.

Review and recommend changes to company policies, procedures, and practices to boost staff motivation and morale.

Prepare annual budget forecasts of E & I department requirements and costs.
