Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg Job Type: 10 month Contract, expected to work full-time hours Primary Industry: Construction Job Duties: Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish Managing project budgets and timelines Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards Reporting on project progress to stakeholders Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project Required Qualifications: Engineering Degree Project Management Qualification Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, must have warehouse and fit experience  Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in using MS Project or similar project management software Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in project management or construction-related fields Experience working on large-scale construction projects Working Conditions: This role will involve working on construction sites and in office environments.
The Project Manager may need to work evenings, weekends, or overtime to meet project deadlines.
