A typical day at ACI for a Project Manager is:Manage projects for the Information Development team covering product releases, special projects, and quality improvement initiatives with limited supervision.Job Responsibilities: Manage the team's project commitments by working with stakeholders to define annual agreements, review backlogs, and set release-specific expectations, and documenting these commitments on project pages.
Monitor progress of open issues across all initiatives to set priorities and balance work and risk across team members; follow up with members and external reviewers on status.
Create formal reports on team's projects and members using Jira.
Report release-specific feedback to stakeholders on successes and opportunities for improvement.
Complete administrative tasks for deliverables by updating metadata and archiving files.
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2 years related experience.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Well-versed in Agile principles, values, and methodologies, possessing a deep understanding of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and tailoring and implementing these methodologies to suit the specific needs of the project.
3-5 years' experience with using content management tools and methodologies.
Working knowledge of project management and issue tracking software such as Jira, ClickUp, and sufficient to create widgets, reports, and complex queries.
