About the RoleThe Project Manager will be responsible for defining project management processes, managing cross-functional projects, and driving business improvement initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong grasp of project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing resources and risk;
Develop and implement standard project management processes;
Conduct regular project meetings and track progress;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and prioritise deliverables;
Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement;
Oversee business improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or Business Improvement;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Portfolio Management Systems;
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
