The Project Manager will assist with business development needs and engineering, concentrating on the continuous enhancement of the company's operations and efficiencies.Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in solar projects, particularly in project engineering or management rolesExpertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource managementProven proficiency in designing solar PV energy systemsEstablished success in managing project contracts and liaising with clientsSelf-motivated leader with strong abilities to inspire and motivate teamsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and conciselyAbility to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressureStrong dedication to achieving results and meeting project deadlines.Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during constructionFeedback project learnings to the Engineering Department ensuring continual improvementHandover system to O&M department as per handover procedureQualification:National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil, or Structural EngineeringEligible to register with ECSA Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
