As a Project Manager at Signant Health, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, helping to bring cutting-edge clinical research to life.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll lead the charge on ensuring smooth project delivery, overseeing everything from the software development lifecycle to managing client expectations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals and handle any risks or escalations that come your way. Your role will be central to maintaining high communication standards with clients and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
What You'll Do: Lead the delivery of clinical projects, from simple to moderately complex, while managing timelines, budgets, and quality.Ensure project systems are developed and released according to client expectations, including managing change control processes.Take the reins on handling project escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and transparent communication on project progress.Maintain financial health of assigned projects, managing vendor services, invoices, and resource allocations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.Track and document risks and incidents with the Quality Management group, providing timely client notifications.What You Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience managing projects.Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and teams, all while keeping a keen eye on details and deadlines.Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to lead client-facing meetings confidently.Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, manage risks, and solve problems independently.Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical education, or clinical research industry.Familiarity with clinical trials and GCP principles.PMP or equivalent certification.Why Join Us?
