Engaging clients , understanding their needs, and demonstrating your in-depth product knowledge of lighting solutions. Presenting solutions and closing deals to secure new business. Market research and competitor analysis to adapt strategies to current trends. Sales reporting and pipeline management , meeting and exceeding set targets. Customer retention through post-sales follow-up and satisfaction assurance.
