Education: Diploma in engineering, with specialisation in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate; familiarity with CAD software would be a definite plus.
Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-driven, and dependable.
