Project Engineer- Instrumentation And Electronics Engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a project engineer you will be responsible for the following duties:

Perform engineering design and costing for chemical dispensing system and water and wastewater treatment system.
Manage the timeline and budgetary cost set for the project management, ensuring compliance with formal contractual obligations and performance criteria.
Serve as a primary, day to day customer point of contact for projects, communicating directly with the applicable members of the Nalco sales representatives.
Maintain excellent written and oral communication with customers and applicable Company contacts.
Work with project developers and field organization representatives to meet the deadlines in all related work assigned.
Perform troubleshooting at the field or remotely for Company supplied chemical dispensing and water treatment systems.
Conduct job safety analysis and risk assessment prior to all site work and ensure sub-contractors adhere to safe working practices and design specifications.
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of the industry by monitoring new developments, new products, new research, and new concepts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering.
At least 5-6 years of industry experience (i.e. Water or Wastewater treatment, Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical).
Proficient in Autocad software will be an added advantage.
Relevant project management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic & challenging environment.
