Project Coordinator

Key Duties: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for new projects, revamps, and closures. Ensure all relevant checklists and documentation are reconciled upon completion of projects. Facilitate communication between internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., landlords, suppliers) to ensure alignment on project goals. Schedule and organize meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues. Prepare detailed budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Present budgets to management for approval, using effective presentation techniques to motivate for funding. Monitor actual costs against budgeted figures and report discrepancies. Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation, ensuring easy access for team members. Document lessons learned from completed projects to inform future initiatives.
