Job Title : Project Controls ManagerLocation : South Africa, BurgersfortJob Type : 24 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry : MiningJob Duties :Develop and implement project control processes and proceduresMonitor project schedules, budgets, and resourcesPrepare progress reports and forecasts for project stakeholdersIdentify and address project risks and issuesCollaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project successReview and analyse project data to make informed decisionsRequired Qualifications :Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldProven experience in project controls within the mining industryStrong understanding of project management principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software Microsoft Project or Primavera P6Experience :Minimum of 5+ years in project controls, with extensive managerial experience leading multidisciplinary teams.Significant experience in mining projects, with a solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning.Knowledge and Skills :Project management principlesRisk managementFinancial acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
