Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee MPS hardware and software rollout projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standardsUse Smartsheet for project management, monitor progress, and address any constraints or risksMaintain proactive communication with clients, manage client records, and ensure service excellenceSupport sales teams in promoting and selling consumables, hardware, software, and consulting servicesEnsure 100% data integrity for MPS clients, including device tracking, billing management, and monthly reportingManage billing processes for assessments, consulting fees, software licensing, and support callsPrepare and deliver weekly reports on tech performance, support calls, and project progressBehavioural Competencies:Strong consultative and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and task management abilitiesSuperior presentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage client relationships effectivelyPlease note: Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted, if you do not hear back from us within the next 2 weeks, please kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
